Why does the Compound forbid “For Sale” signs

The no for sale sign rule is to discourage people from driving up and down the rows looking for signs. We do have petty theft occurrences within the compound and hopefully by reducing the excess traffic someone with dishonest intentions will be more noticeable or even discouraged. It is stated in the rules that you are only supposed to drive to your space and out, but that does not discourage some folks.

What if you don’t have a space for my vehicle?

If the Compound does not have any parking for your unit, you will be placed on the Compound’s Waiting List. The $25.00 non-refundable data processing fee will be charged at that time.

What if I have guests that require storage?

If space allows there is Temporary Storage available. The fees are as follows:

$25.00 non-refundable data processing

Charges will NOT be prorated for partial months.

Maximum of 3 months stay in Temporary Storage per year.

Non-Consecutive months will incur additional data processing fee(s)

$ 4.25 per lineal space foot per year

$25.00 one time non-refundable data processing fee.

$20.00 per vehicle added to current account

$10.00 per requested change

$10.00 per ID replacement

$10.00 per space

The unit must be present for measurement and review.

Registration in your name for the unit to be stored (Certificate of title or a dealer bill of sale is satisfactory until you receive the actual registration, but we require current registration within 30 days thereafter.)

Sun Cities recreation center ID card

You must come to the Compound office (16315 N 115^th Ave, Surprise AZ, 85374), in person with the unit you wish to store. The office is opened from 8am to 12:00noon Monday – Friday. (No New Entries after 11:30am)

Travel trailers, motor homes, boats, boat trailers, campers, recreational or non-commercial utility trailers and recreational vehicles, with or without their towing vehicles, owned or leased by residents of Sun City, Sun City West and Sun City Grand exclusively. All units must have holding tanks, shore power, water, and sewer connections, with the exception of boats and utility trailers
